The career of versatile jazz guitarist Pat Metheny can undoubtedly be called legendary. In the late 1970s, he produced a number of ground-breaking albums with the Pat Metheny Group, all of which won a Grammy Award. His unique blend of jazz, fusion and world music attracted a hugely diverse fan base and put Metheny firmly in the spotlight as one of the most groundbreaking guitarists of his generation.

Besides his work with the Pat Metheny Group, he has released numerous solo albums, ranging from intimate acoustic recordings to exuberant experiments with electronics. He demonstrates his versatility as a guitarist by collaborating with Herbie Hancock, Chick Corea, David Bowie and Joni Mitchell, among others. The 20-time Grammy winner launches a solo tour to mark his new album MoonDial, which follows the solo album Dream Box. This tour marks Metheny’s nearly 50-year career, in which he will play personal and audience favourites!
