Boss in your own belly! Corsets on fire, barricading the men's toilet with a pink ribbon and air fresheners in the editorial office of Margriet: the Dolle Mina's of the 70s fought with flair and courage for equal rights. They were never officially founded. Never officially stopped. But somewhere it became quiet.  Until now. Five decades later, their echo is loud again. Because women's rights are once again under pressure worldwide. On 23 January 1970, the Dolle Mina's first attracted attention with the burning of a corset at the monument of Wilhelmina Drucker. 55 years later, Dunya Verwey (co-initiator at the time), Claudette van Trikt (Dolle Mina from the very beginning) and filmmaker Sia Hermanides rekindled the fire. Together, they kicked off DolleMina2025 – again with a symbolic burning of a corset at the monument.

About playful rebellion, feminist imagination and why it is important now to go back out on the streets - or on stage. Because the conversation is far from over.
