During two weekends in May, painter Jasper Oostland opens his home and studio in Garmerwolde for a five-day Open Studio event.

Visitors are welcome to freely walk in and explore a colorful collection of paintings, sketchbooks and works in progress. Jasper is known for his vibrant, figurative work featuring frogs and other animals, often placed in human-like situations or quiet, carefully composed scenes.

Throughout the house you can also see videos of the painting process, offering a glimpse into how the work is created. In addition, cards, prints and original paintings in various sizes are available.

Feel free to stop by, have a look around and enjoy a relaxed atmosphere. Coffee and tea are available.
