Our monthly Wongema Supper returns with a special Wadden-themed dinner by Inès Buter and Liz de Vries, featuring tempeh made from local beans, delightfully briny flavours and other regional treats. This edition is part of the Culinary Wadden Weeks, celebrating the taste of the coast.
