Sikkom wrote about Palermo Ice Cream Salon in Groningen, located on Astraat, back in 2017. Personally, I visit it every year to congratulate my loved ones at the finish of the 4MIJL with their results. With our son, I often enjoyed an ice cream as well.
What I didn't know, but now read in the article from Sikkom, is that the owner spent a year in Sicily learning the art of ice cream making. He even has a tip on how to recognize good pistachio ice cream!
