It now serves as a business complex with office spaces and flexible workspaces for rent. Additionally, it is also an event venue with rooms for rent. The expedition hall can serve various functions from a nightclub to a restaurant, the director’s room is ideal for meetings, the salon houses the bar, and the inner garden can, despite its city location, host events in a peaceful outdoor setting.
