JP Harris was born in Alabama and left for the unknown at a young age. After years of traveling and working in remote areas, he discovered his passion for music, especially country and Americana. In his twenties, he formed a band and began making music, resulting in his debut album I’ll Keep Calling in 2011. Since then, he has released several albums, including Home Is Where The Hurt Is (2014) and Sometimes Dogs Bark At Nothing (2018). On his latest record JP Harris Is A Trash Fire enlisted the help of his friend JD McPherson and the result is stunning.
