Vincent van Warmerdam first found success as the guitarist of the legendary Hauser Orkater, performing alongside his brothers Alex and Marc. His theatre work eventually led him into film music, where his scores earned major accolades including the Golden Calf and the Felix (European Academy Award).

He remained closely connected to Orkater for many years while also collaborating with artists such as My Baby, Henny Vrienten, Tim Knol, Freek de Jonge, Kees van Kooten, De Kift and the Netherlands Wind Ensemble. His artistic range spans a remarkable variety of disciplines—from music theatre to football anthems.

This year he released There is Time, marking his debut as a vocalist. The album is a rich collection of songs that showcase his love for folk and blues-influenced pop music, paying homage to both old and new musical heroes.
