Yana Couto is a Polish composer and pianist, creating music in order to share a bit of peace, beauty and hope. She makes neoclassical, minimal, filmic and ambient music with the use of piano, acoustic instruments, field recordings, electronics and layers, developing a sound which feels like an exploration of leitmotifs and simple melodies, sprinkled with Slavic romanticism and gentleness. Currently she is finishing a concept album with Polish artist OS.SO, a feature film score, and her third solo album, which comes out in spring 2026.
