Martinus brewery

In the quiet streets between Steentilstraat and Radesingel stands a striking industrial building. This post-war building now houses the Martinus brewery, a family business that offers more than just special beers. 

In addition to brewing a wide range of beers, the brewery also has a café-restaurant. Here, beers can be tasted while enjoying a snack or a full meal. Additionally, there is the Martinus Podium, where artists regularly perform, including from the Jazz Foundation in Groningen. During Eurosonic Noorderslag, there is even a separate stage here. Finally, it is possible to take a tour of the brewery or rent a room for a party or gathering. 

Want to visit? The café-restaurant is open on Friday from 15:30 and Saturday from 13:00. These are also the days when tours are possible. All concerts and events are listed on the agenda on their website.
