After a period of silence, Ramirez found joy in making music again, without the pressure of expectations. The dreamy, layered songs on his seventh album are less narrative than before, revolving more around atmosphere and sound. Themes of memory, loss and hope return, but always with a light touch. Ramirez shows that he remains true to himself: as a songwriter, musician and human being.
