Palla d’Uovo is THE event for all things Italo, EBM, and Electro! Having had multiple successful events throughout the city over the last few years, they brought their sound to Simplon for the first time in November. On February 28th 2025, it’s time for the second edition of Palla d’Uovo!

They’re bringing the legendary Dynamic D and will take the helm themselves as Tarnim and DJ Firetower!

Dynamic D
In 1985, Dennis van den Berg (aka Dynamic D) got infected with the Italo Disco virus. Since then, he has become a well-known Italo Disco collector and connoisseur. After years of bedroom DJing, Dennis had his first DJ performance in 2015 and has since played at various parties and festivals in the Netherlands, Mexico, Germany, Poland, and Finland. Some examples include IFM Festival / Best Kept Secret Festival / Melkweg / Brett / Oost / Kit Kat Club / Arkaoda / Beate Uwe / Hotel Europa / K-Bar Powiśle and the Flashback Italo festival. Italo fans have come to know Dynamic D from his Baldeejays Mixes, which he made together with Peet Need, released by Amsterdam’s Bordello A Parigi label. In 2018, Dynamic D became resident DJ at Rotterdam’s Operator Radio, where he mixes his favorite music once a month. His sets contain Italo Disco, Indie Dance, and Electro.

Tarnim
Palla d’Uovo’s own Tarnim will play some tunes to start off the night and set the stage. As you can expect from him, it will be a gloomy and eclectic dance to join. Think of the finest New Beat, Italo, and house to set the mood!

DJ Firetower 
With a vast arsenal of synth-soaked tunes, DJ Firetower brings an energetic and infectious presence to his sets. Not confined to genres or labels, he plays whatever is currently on his Bandcamp wishlist and surprises you with a broad spectrum ranging from cheerful to gloomy, from raw to gentle, and from sober to cosmic.
