La Pegatina comes straight out of the vibrant city of Barcelona. What once started as street performances has grown into a career filled with packed venues, wildly dancing festival crowds, and temperatures soaring far above boiling point.

With their ultimate fiesta shows, they’ve previously turned festivals like Lowlands, Zwarte Cross, Pinkpop and the Dutch Liberation Festivals upside down. Their secret recipe? An irresistible blend of rumba catalana, ska, punk, cumbia, and música mestiza. Everything that makes Barcelona pulse with energy explodes off the stage with La Pegatina.

After twenty years and more than 1,200 concerts, the band briefly slowed down in 2025. But in 2026, they’re back — fresher than ever. With their new album Fuegos del Barrio, La Pegatina are once again touring the world, naturally including a stop in Groningen.
