Eemshaven
Eemshaven is a seaport in the northern part of the province of Groningen, located along the Wadden Sea. The port was constructed in the 1970s to stimulate regional economic growth. Today, Eemshaven is an important hub for energy, featuring wind farms, data centers, and power plants. Ferries also depart from here to destinations such as the German island of Borkum.
