Located on the edge of the canal belt around the center of Groningen, on the Turfsingel, Osteria Da Vinci has been established since 1989. What initially appears to be a somewhat old-fashioned and simple eatery turns out to be an Osteria where the people of Groningen have been enjoying Italian-style dining for decades.
The kitchen specializes primarily in Sardinian cuisine, but according to enthusiasts, the pizzas are considered the best in the city. They also import wines directly from Sardinia. Behind the building, there is a courtyard with a terrace that creates a Mediterranean atmosphere between Easter and the end of October. In addition to the standard menu, it's also possible to order a rotating menu with three courses for one price, and groups can take advantage of a banquet formula. Here, groups of eight or more people can enjoy multiple trays with various dishes. Finally, it's also possible to order from Osteria da Vinci for takeout or delivery in the city center.
Osteria da Vinci is open on Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
