Hereplein 73, 9711 GD GroningenBella Union, the label founded by Cocteau Twins in 1997, comes to ESNS to present its first-ever label showcase. Two of its most exciting newcomers will each play two sets during the week.
First up is LuxJury, a trio led by singer/guitarist Lux. Blending nu-soul and dreampop, the band is gearing up for the release of its debut LP in early 2026.
Next is Plantoid, a four-piece from Brighton—an exhilarating and distinctive live band fronted by singer/guitarist Chloe Spence, guitarist Tom Coyne, and drummer Louis Bradshaw. They are booked in the USA by John Bongiorno at ROAM (Khruangbin) and in the EU by Rob Gibbs at Progressive Artists. Their new LP, Flare, is imminent.
