Boss Capone & Patsy come together with sizzling ska and early reggae tunes, supported by top musicians from the Dutch ska and reggae scene, The Upsessions. Boudewijn "Boss Capone" van Trigt, the frontman and bandleader of The Upsessions and Boss Capone, is renowned for his self-produced ska and reggae albums released through Excelsior Recordings. He has collaborated with Grammy winner Lee "Scratch" Perry, toured the globe, and his music has featured in various films and TV shows.

Renske "Patsy" de Boer, known as the energetic frontwoman of Mr. Wallace and The Originators, brings her captivating voice and stage presence to this incredible duo. A jazz graduate, she has performed for King Willem-Alexander and knows how to electrify any venue or festival. Now, she’s back where she belongs—on stage with her reggae king.

The Story Behind Kings & Queens

Their album Kings & Queens, released on April 1, 2023, is available on vinyl, cassette, and digital platforms. The duo has performed at major festivals like "This Is Ska" and "Freedom Sounds" in Germany, as well as "Zwarte Cross" and "Valkhof Affaire" in the Netherlands. In the fall of 2023, they embarked on an 11-day European tour, selling out venues and winning over audiences everywhere.
