His sound is personal and rhythm-driven, both honest and infectious, balancing vulnerability with strength. Rhythm has been central to his music from an early age, having started out behind the drum kit, and remains a defining element of his distinctive style. In 2025, Cody was named Ster van het Noorden, marking him as one of the North’s most promising new voices. On stage, he and his band deliver energetic and unifying live shows, where warmth and contrast meet.
