FIDJU KITXORA is a recent and mysterious entity traveling between Lisbon and Cape Verde. The group made their debut at the Boom Festival in Portugal and released the album Racodja in 2024. The project blends voices from the diaspora and rearranges musical languages, combining funaná, semba, kuduro, afro-house, and field recordings with synthesizers, vocal samples, and infectious beats.
