In a time when stages went silent, seven friends found each other through music. What started as a spontaneous meeting grew into a close-knit collective of singer-songwriters, all with roots in Groningen.

Harmen Ridderbos, Timo de Jong, suze who?, Melle Leijten, Megan Blok, Abel de Kam, and Robin Yzerman each bring their own songs — but they don’t play alone. As one big band, they give new colors to each other’s work through surprising and collaborative performances.

After previous appearances at the Melodica Festival in Cologne and during ESNS at the Synagogue Showcase, they now bring their intimate, energetic, and moving revue to Noorderzon.

Expect folky instrumentation, rich harmonies, and a diverse sound that connects the unique style of each songwriter into one musical whole.
