Marlon Pichel is a musical chameleon from Rotterdam, effortlessly moving between the boundaries of soul and rock ’n’ roll. With his raw and soulful voice, Marlon has quickly earned a prominent place in the Dutch music scene.
In 2025, the singing drummer and his energetic seven-piece band performed at more than 35 festivals, including the 33rd edition of Rhythm & Blues Night at De Oosterpoort.
This February, he returns with a brand-new club tour celebrating his upcoming album Took You to the Movies, recorded according to the authentic STAX Records specifications from the late 1960s. The result: a timeless sound that’s classic, powerful, and refreshingly modern.
