Joris van Rossem, better known as Metejoor, is an immensely talented singer from Flanders who truly discovered his musical passion in 2016. His first single Ik hou van jou was an instant hit and was nominated for ‘Best Breakthrough’ at Radio 2’s Zomerhit 2017. This immediately brought him the support act during Clouseau’s Tour. Since then, Metejoor has been busy releasing music and performing.

His debut album Metejoor was released in October 2021, immediately debuted at number one in the charts, has since achieved platinum status, and has been in the Belgian Top 10 for a full year. He has collaborated with artists such as Emma Heesters, Babet, and Snelle. His latest single Wat Wil Je Van Mij was recently released and is a duet with Dutch singer-songwriter Hannah Mae.
