Palla d’Uovo is THE event for all things Italo, EBM, and Electro! Having had multiple successful events throughout the city over the last few years, it’s now the first time that they’re bringing their sound to Simplon in a fog-filled club night on Friday November 1st.

With them, they’re bringing the multi-talented Ofra, known for co-founding Operator Radio and her label Yarrow Ballet, and the local star Made Of Sugar!

Ofra

Rotterdam-based Ofra loves to share her music always and anytime, whether through an intimate listening radio show or a steamy nightclub set. A lover of Wave, Electro, Acid, New Beat, EBM, and Synthpop, she also holds a special place for Punk and Shoegaze music. 

Over the years, playing worldwide, she has developed her own rich music palette as a DJ and curator. Ofra’s eyes and ears are extra alert when curating programs to connect artists and music lovers. In 2017, she co-founded the Rotterdam-based online radio station Operator and recently started her own label, Yarrow Ballet.

Made Of Sugar

Made of Sugar (also known as Orsen Central) is a Groningen-born Dutch DJ with a burning passion for the diverse flavors of electronic music. While his Orsen Central alias focuses on the more serious side of electronic music, his Made of Sugar persona explores its lighter aspects.

His multi-genre selection highlights various styles, primarily focusing on various subgenres of house music and breakbeat. He also frequently plays sets consisting of classic Italo disco, nu-disco, and Belgian new beat, showcasing his many different interests.
