Stoner powered classic doom metal
Black Pyramid plays a mix of stoner and doom, with hints of psychedelic rock and apocalyptic lyrics of war, the occult and alienation. Expect heavy riffs, pulsing rhythms and catchy vocals.
The band formed back in 2007 and their debut album, Black Pyramid, was released in 2009, which gained a major amount of critical praise among the stoner scene. Black Pyramid has toured all over the USA and Europe, playing festivals like Roadburn and Desertfest London. In 2024 they’ll head back on the road, making a stop along the way to play the VERA Mainstage on the 5th of June.
