Jazz guitarist Peter Bernstein broke through on the New York jazz scene in 1990, where he was quickly discovered by iconic jazz guitarist Jim Hall, who described him as “the most impressive guitarist he had ever heard.” Peter Bernstein is known for his precision, clear tone, and fluid solo playing. With more than 300 recordings to his name, including 14 under his own direction, he has left an indelible mark on the jazz world.

Throughout his career, he has collaborated with renowned artists such as Brad Mehldau and Christian McBride, and has played in groups led by greats such as Sonny Rollins, Lou Donaldson, and Joshua Redman. Today, Bernstein performs with the Peter Bernstein Quartet, in which he collaborates with talented musicians Sullivan Fortner, Doug Weiss, and Kush Abadey.
