Are you a wine lover? Or good food and fun? Then you're in the right place at the wine festival in the Akerk! With more than 250 different wines and more than 20 different stands, there is something for everyone. Cheese boards and charcuterie, but also a tasty meal can be found in a pleasantly decorated church. And also this year: live music!

8th Edition

The 8th edition of the Groningen Wine Festival will take place on Friday 27, Saturday 28 and Sunday 29 September 2024. 

Experience a great wine weekend with fantastic wines, tasty snacks, and above all, fun! 

How does it work?

All food and drinks are paid for with coins. From 1 coin you can enjoy half a glass of wine. You can buy coins at various points in the church for €3.00 each. You can also buy the coins online in advance (until September 13). Then you benefit from the special promotion of 10 coins for € 26.50 (excl. service costs).

Absolutely love a certain wine? You can order your favorite wines directly from the exhibitor and have them delivered to your home. The wines are not for sale directly in the church.

Entrance

For quick decision makers, a limited number of early bird tickets are available for only €10 (excl. service costs).

In the regular presale, a ticket costs € 12.50 (excl. service costs). You pay €15 at the door. The ticket includes a tasting glass, wardrobe and fresh Groningen water to rinse your glass (or mouth).
