Cinematic dark folk and slowcore

40 Watt Sun is the project of singer-songwriter Patrick Walker. His melancholic slowcore compositions emerged in solitude along the rugged coastline of Cornwall, after which he refined them with Andrew Prestige and Roland Scriver in remote locations in Sweden. The new album Little Weight sees the band once again shining in timeless, introspective sounds.

Cinder Well is the project of multi-instrumentalist, songwriter, and producer Amelia Baker. Her music strikes a balance between traditional folk, ballads, and doom metal, with surreal lyrics that create a deep resonance. Without distortion, but with layered compositions and expansive arrangements, she draws the listener into her world.

Serpentent works at the intersection of music and visual art. Her work blends elements of dark folk, ambient, and neoclassical music, resulting in carefully composed guitar and piano pieces. Serpentet weaves broad themes and soundscapes together into a whole that can be both haunting and deeply moving.
