Zeste Groningen

Zeste Keuken & Bar is a modern restaurant located at Nieuweweg 2 in Groningen. Since its opening on October 30, 2024, Zeste offers a culinary experience inspired by the sun-drenched Southern European cuisine, with influences from countries such as Italy, Spain, Portugal, and Southern France. The menu is characterised by the use of fresh, seasonal ingredients and an abundance of olive oil, resulting in colourful and flavourful dishes. Guests can enjoy both lunch and dinner, with the shared dining concept taking center stage, though individual dishes are also available.

The interior of Zeste is fresh, modern, and timeless, featuring deep blue tones and warm yellow accents that reflect the influences of the sun and the sea. Natural materials such as wickerwork, light fabrics, terrazzo, and oak wood contribute to an inviting atmosphere. The spacious terrace at the front offers an ideal spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings. 

The menu offers an extensive à la carte selection with dishes like burrata with roasted grapes, balsamic, and olive oil; ravioli with pumpkin, sheep cheese, and apricot; and homemade bread with various dips. Additionally, Zeste is known for its carefully curated wine list and homemade cocktails, including the popular limoncello.
