Framed, Forum Groningen's animation film festival, presents a series of classic anime films together with Kaboom Animation Festival!

Immerse yourself in the vibrant world of anime. From pulp to cyberpunk and from the past to the future, these well-known anime films provide a glimpse into the colorful Japanese anime world. In collaboration with Kaboom Animation Festival, we are bringing a number of films that you really must see to the big screen. All this in the run-up to our own animation film festival Framed, which will take place next year from Thursday 22 to Sunday 25 May 2025.
