Music as Meditation: British singer-songwriter Sam Garrett blends folk, reggae, and mantras into soulful songs. Through his artistic expression, he invites his audience to dive deep into the heart and mind, where the power of music transcends differences and dissolves the walls that seem to separate us.

From his debut EP Be Easy (2013) to his mantra-driven work with his partner Mollie Mendoza, Garrett’s music is an invitation to pause between extremes. After moving to a yoga retreat in Ashram, Glastonbury, he independently released the EP Namaste. In 2016, he followed up with the release of his EP Grace, dedicated to his spiritual masters Bhagavan Sri Ramana Maharishi and Mooji. In addition, he has performed at yoga festivals and spiritual retreats, creating a live atmosphere that feels both grounded and ethereal.
