Painting: Shadows and Shades

Are you interested in learning how to paint light and shadows? Do you want to see the color in the light during a certain time of the year and a specific time of day? Join us for this one-day workshop where you can practice painting the varied colors of light and shadows.

Light and painting are intrinsically connected, as are painting and looking. In this workshop, you will train in both by noticing the subtle differences in various kinds of indoor and outdoor light. We will explore painting as a group, but you will also focus on your own work.

Experience is not needed; beginners are welcome.
