Restaurant Savour

Restaurant Savour is a culinary destination in Haren, located at Rijksstraatweg 143. Since its opening in July 2023, owners Jaap and Trijntje Braaksma have continued their passion for gastronomy following twelve successful years with Gastrobar Bij Jaap in Assen, where they received a Bib Gourmand for seven consecutive years.

Savour offers a surprise menu ranging from four to six courses, combining classic French techniques with modern influences. A special vegetarian menu is also available.

The restaurant has received recognition from both Gault&Millau and the MICHELIN Guide, highlighting its refined and thoughtful cuisine.
